Chelsea and Adam are out for lunch. They talk business for a minute and wonder why the Abbott Communications launch was cancelled.

Adam insists launches are full of risks.

Chelsea grins. Victor is probably laughing his head off about it! She thinks it’s unfair to blame Billy for whatever happened at the launch.

Adam thinks Billy is his own worst enemy, and he’s okay with it! He’s not afraid of a media startup that’s run by someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing.

Chelsea laughs and says it’s nice to know he’s not afraid of healthy competition.

Adam asks her out for a dinner date, too, and she accepts. They kiss.

Chelsea reminds him that Billy isn’t running Abbott Communications, now; Sally is! Does he think she’s cutthroat and unscrupulous as Billy?

Adam doesn’t think that Sally would do something shady to screw over Newman or any company to get ahead.

Chelsea laughs and reminds him that Sally screwed over Summer.

Adam says there was a time he would have gone all-out to win, and Chelsea would have, too! He figures Billy will be running the show, even though Sally is the CEO. He’ll micromanage her the same way Victor does with him!

Chelsea says Sally has a backbone like Adam does, and she wouldn’t let Billy tell her what to do with the company she’s CEO of!
