‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers here and we’re ready for the countdown until surgery time.

We have plenty of fun spoilery goodies to share for Wednesday, July 16, and it’s going to be an interesting one.

Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will be a hero to everyone not just for stopping Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada), but pulling through his first surgery,

The fact he hasn’t given into his tumor is another point in his favor, and Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) and Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will share their admiration for him.

Meanwhile, Liam will be preparing himself for surgery, which means he’ll try not to say anything to anyone.

We’re sure Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) won’t make it easy.

They may even slam Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), but Liam won’t share their mentality on that front. Maybe later.

The two bonded well in their short time together, and knowing Bill is willing to go to all extremes for him won Liam’s heart.

‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers doubt Finn and Bridget will be the only one praising Liam.

Steffy and Hope will chime in, as will Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig).

We expect talk will eventually move to Bill and his idiotic decision to have Lune freed. None of them can really talk since the whole cast was struck with an idiot virus.

It removed common sense as a lazy writing tool and allowed lazy shortsighted plotlines to commence.

Now that they’re wrapping up, we’re still curious what was achieved in the end that couldn’t have been done in a more engrossing way.

But they made it through, and while they curse Bill, he’s in the process of saving his son. The one they were all willing to write off while calling him a horrible father.

Yep, we had to choose that headline. We’re in a punny mood as it looks like Liam will beat his tumor and stick around for a while.

While we love him and are glad he’s staying, it feels like the easy way out. Like with Eric Forrester (John McCook) being pulled from death’s door by Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery)’s spirit.

This time, it won’t be a spirit involved, but some cutting edge advancements that are still in the testing phase.

Since the tumor’s been deemed inoperable, we assume this technique will involve a way around Liam’s gray matter so he won’t be a vegetable or dead.

It’ll be interesting to see how this plays out, and we’re sure Liam will have all sorts of scenarios running through his head.
