Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) sees Daniel (Michael Graziadei) at Crimson Lights. After he said some beautiful things to her in Chancellor Park earlier, it’s her turn to open up to him about a few things. How will Daniel respond, especially after Mariah asked him to be the friend Tessa deserves while she’s away getting the help she needs?

Things are looking a bit contentious between Michael (Christian J. LeBlanc, l.) and Billy (Jason Thompson) as the two talk at the bar at Society. Billy has been showing himself to be a loose cannon ever since Cane gave him the heave-ho. Is he looking for Michael to help find a way back in?

Traci (Beth Maitland) is also at Society and shares a laugh with Michael at the bar. Traci has a long history with Michael’s wife, Lauren. Is she the topic of their amusing exchange?

Cane (Billy Flynn) meets secretly with Michael. He wants to keep the lawyer’s work for him under wraps as Cane prepares to push forward with his plan of attack against all of Genoa City’s major companies.

Traci also has an intense discussion with her former sister-in-law Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). It hasn’t been that long since the man Traci loved, Alan (or rather his evil twin Martin), practically tortured Phyllis and Sharon when he locked them in the abandoned mental institution. Are they checking up on how each other is doing now, or is Cane the main topic they’re discussing?

Something appears to catch Phyllis and Cane’s attention. What could it be — or is it more likely someone rather than something? Is Billy descending even further in his downward spiral?
