Billy and Sally talk over drinks. He proposes a toast to Sally; most of the time a toast is about them, but this is all about her.

Sally was worried Billy wouldn’t be able to stop going after Chancellor.

Billy shrugs. He has to give it up if he wants to keep Sally! He has to prove it to her, though. He apologizes again for what he’d done.

Sally warns him that if he turns away from her again…

Billy knows. He’s turned away from Chancellor. Now they have to move on from the past and look toward the future. He has to get Abbott Communications back; he’ll talk to Jack and get the funding back.

Sally hopes they can revive their company, but there’s something that needs to be sorted out first… Who’s going to be calling the shots? Her or Billy? She knows it’s his company; is he going to be CEO again?

Billy doesn’t see it that way. She’s his #1, and she needs to take the lead. His vision for the company has been compromised, but Sally has been steady and knows exactly what to do for the company.

Sally’s happy to hear it. If she’s in charge, what will he be doing?

Billy says he wants to be her #2 and have a front-row seat to what she does with the company. He asks what she’s thinking.

Sally doesn’t know what she’s thinking; she feels off-balance, like something has shifted. Billy’s saying all the right things right now!

Billy says he only has one obsession now… Her! He trusts her, and it’s time for her to lead. He’ll follow! She has wings and it’s time for her to soar!

Sally smiles. She could get used to him putting her first!

Billy kisses her. He needs another drink… He could toast her all night! He can’t believe he almost gave this up and blew it with her.

Sally grins and says the kiss was a bit of a tease. Now she’s thinking maybe she shouldn’t have kissed him… She doesn’t know if he can give up his obsession so easy!

Billy assures her that this is real. He’s telling her what’s in his heart! She has all of him.

Sally smiles and takes his hand. They move to the dancefloor and dance closely.

Billy asks when she’s moving in.

Sally says she wants to take things slow.

Billy knows he hurt her, but he’s going to prove to her that this is different… Will she give him a chance to prove it?

Sally grins and says she could be persuaded.

Billy thinks they should go elsewhere to make it all about her. They head upstairs.
