Tessa and Sharon talk over coffee. Tessa says she hasn’t heard from Mariah since she left for Boston, and she’s decided to do some investigation… She’s going to visit the hotel that Mariah was at; she needs to do something to get some answers!

Sharon wonders if she should give it more thought before going through with it.

Tessa shrugs. It may be the only way to save her life and her marriage!

Sharon wishes Mariah would have told them what was going on… She hates seeing her go through this!

Tessa is determined to help if she can.

Sharon wonders what’s happening with Aria.

Tessa says that her nanny will be watching her.

Sharon has some reservations about Tessa doing this behind Mariah’s back… What if Mariah sees this as a betrayal and pushes Tessa further away?

Tessa says Mariah’s already pushed her away, and Daniel is coming with her.

Sharon wasn’t expecting that… She’s happy that she’s not going alone! She thinks that’s kind of Daniel; will Lucy be left alone?

Tessa shakes her head. Danny is in town and will be staying with Lucy.

Sharon is afraid that Tessa might find out something overwhelming… What could have made Mariah change so drastically?

Tessa doesn’t know if Mariah will ever be able to tell her everything, but she can’t turn her back on the woman she loves. She’s going to find the truth so she can help her!

Sharon thinks Mariah might see this as a betrayal and it could backfire on Tessa.

Tessa is willing to risk it, but doesn’t think she has any other options. This has to end, it’s been months!

Daniel walks in and joins them.

Tessa lets him know that Sharon is concerned her investigation could blow up in her face when Mariah finds out what she’s done.

Daniel says he’s worried, too. He doesn’t know what they’ll find, but Mariah might be angry that they’re digging around for answers. They might even find something really bad that is unforgivable.

Tessa says she’s not going to change her mind. She’s doing this for Mariah and won’t let anything stop her from finding the truth.

Sharon is glad Daniel is going with her. She asks her to be careful and to keep in touch.

Tessa agrees to text her when they get there. She hugs Sharon and leaves the coffeehouse with Daniel.
