The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say this week Luna Nozawa will make a shocking realization on the CBS soap.

Everyone has been scared of Luna, but now that she’s pregnant and has a bun in the oven, she’s helpless and has a huge target on her back.  Will Luna turn to help from the last place we expected?

Dr. John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) has no idea his bio daughter is alive, and definitely is unaware of her pregnancy with Will Spencer Jr’s (Crew Morrow) baby.  Will Luna go to her father for help?  Here’s what’s coming up next on the CBS soap, spoilers down below!

Luna Needs Help

Dr. Finn still thinks that Luna is dead, he has no idea that his moms went rogue and faked her death and let her sneak out and get pregnant.

But, B&B spoilers hint all that is about to change.  Will Luna show up on her dad’s doorstep, begging for help?

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) will attack pregnant Luna this week.  A crazy new promo shows Electra punching Luna Nozawa, and sending her flying over a couch.

All signs are pointing to Luna Nozawa having a miscarriage scare after getting pummeled by Will’s angry girlfriend.  But, it’s not like she can go to the hospital.  She definitely can’t go back to Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) for help.  Her Grandma already tried to strangle her once!

If Luna Nozawa is hurt and thinks she’s having a miscarriage, she’s going to need medical attention.

Luckily, her bio dad/cousin John Finnegan has plenty of expertise to save her and her baby.  However, Finn will be in for a shock when he realizes she’s not dead.  Will he help her though?

Dr. Finn’s Change Of Heart

Finn made it very clear he wanted nothing to do with Luna when she was alive, but he also took a medical oath and swore he wouldn’t let anyone die.

Will he ignore his personal issues with Luna and give her the medical attention she needs?  It’s not like Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is around to stop him…

Do you think Luna will turn to Finn for help?  Will he take pity on her after being threatened by the Spencer Family and assaulted?  After all, Luna is pregnant with his grandson or granddaughter…and her baby is innocent.
