EastEnders to ramp up romance storyline for mysterious new character
EastEnders is gearing up to air a budding romance for newcomer Jasmine Fisher, despite warnings from Cindy Beale.
Jasmine was recently introduced to the soap as she took a job at The Prince Albert. While viewers still don’t know much about her, it seems that she has caught the eye of Oscar Branning.
The character played by Indeyarna Donaldson-Holness will be at the centre of a new storyline with Oscar, portrayed by Pierre Moullier. After the pair kissed last month, Cindy warned Jasmine that Oscar could be trouble.

“He’s fallen head over heels for Jasmine, and she agrees to go on a date with him in upcoming scenes. Could this be true love – or could there be some bumps in the road for these youngsters?”
Elsewhere on the Square, Suki and Eve Panesar-Unwin may have hit another bump in the road as they’re exploring the idea of adopting a child.
In recent scenes, Suki realised how much adopting matters to Eve. As she was doing some research into adoption, Suki was caught by Priya.
Priya and Vinny were less than impressed with their mum’s idea to welcome another child into the family. They had some home truths for her, insisting she’d ruined their lives and it wouldn’t be fair to raise another child.
Suki was clearly shaken by her children’s harsh words and didn’t have the heart to tell Eve she was having second thoughts.
