Deke Sharpe’s Debut

Let’s start off with Deke, who has come to Los Angeles.

The young man mentioned having his heart set on fashion design instead of running his father’s restaurant.

Then Deke was really insistent that Remy Pryce (Christian Weissmann) not have anything to do with Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada).

Getting in at Forrester Creations seems really important to the aspiring designer. Then, Remy told his boyfriend not to mention his name at the fashion house.

While it’s understandable why Remy would want his name hidden, Deke’s behavior seems a little suspect.

Hope Logan’s Designer Search

Deke went to the fashion house to reconnect with Hope.

That is when he started getting really excited talking about patterns, as well as being honest with Hope about boho chic.

Hope really liked the idea of moving to urban chic after her rollercoaster year.

Hope also mentioned she was searching for a designer to replace Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).

Thomas is very talented, but things are awkward with Hope. That definitely can affect a creative person’s vision.

Deke Copying & Inspiration

Hope mentioned to Deke that the applicants were anonymous.

Once Hope was out of the room, Deke started taking photos of applications.

It seems maybe he also took snapshots of other people’s designs.

Later, Deke slipped his portfolio in with the applications.

During the week of October 13, Hope goes through the applications with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor).

So, chances are that Deke might be picked.

Hope For the Future PR Nightmare

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Deke could do a great job for Hope.

However, what if Hope wants to use the designs that were in his application? Deke might feel honored, but could worry about his secret getting out.

What are the chances that Hope For the Future gets called out for stealing designs?

Hope won’t have any idea what they are talking about, but DEke sure will!
