Holden says he drove Claire to the hospital, and she and Sharon are in Noah’s room.

Nick asks what the story is between Holden and Claire.

Holden asks if Nick is “Team Kyle.”

Nick says he’s Team Claire. She’s a Newman, so she’s family!

Holden says they’re just friends. He’s only there to show her around LA.

Nick asks if he showed her The Shadow Room. Was he there the other night? He shows Holden a picture of Noah on his phone and asks him if he saw him there that night.

Holden looks at the picture. He doesn’t remember seeing Noah at the bar.

Nick asks how well he knows Sienna.

Holden says they were friends when he used to live in town… He used to hang out at the club a lot. He remarks that it’s such a small world that Sienna knows Noah, too.

Claire walks in and hugs Nick before leaving the hospital with Holden in tow.

Nick sighs and says there’s not a chance in hell that it’s just “a small world.” He heads into the room to see Sharon and Noah. He thinks it’s nice of Claire to come by.

Sharon agrees. She tells him that she bought Tom Sawyer and started reading it to Noah, and his hand twitched. She told the nurse, but apparently people in comas have involuntary muscle spasms, and they should be happy that Noah’s condition hasn’t changed… But that seemed wrong to her.

Nick says he ran into Sienna Bacall at the hotel. It wasn’t a coincidence, either… She’s a friend of Holden Novak’s.

Sharon asks if Sienna had any idea of what happened to Noah.

Nick says Sienna told him she didn’t know anything, but he thinks she’s hiding something.
