Victor opens the door to Phyllis and tells her she has ten minutes to talk.
Victor Newman looks skeptical.

Phyllis says she’s going to make him an offer he can’t refuse. She’s stolen Cane’s AI program and wants to make a deal… Is he interested?
Phyllis Summers enters the Newman house.

Victor is incredulous; she stole it? She really has guts! What is she proposing, and why would he trust that she isn’t working with Cane?
Phyllis says she has proof. She sets up a tablet and shows him the AI running on it. She says she’s in the driver’s seat now.

Victor shrugs. This proves nothing!
Phyllis knew he’d be skeptical. She shows him the AI targeting Jabot Cosmetics, which piques Victor’s interest.
Victor wonders how she got ahold of the AI. Does Cane know it’s been stolen?
Victor shrugs.

Phyllis says she’s better than Cane thought. She stole it out from under Cane’s nose and told him that Victor was the one who stole it.
Victor asks what happened between her and Cane to make her want to steal the technology for her own.
Phyllis doesn’t answer. She knows Victor can’t pass up on opportunity to take down Jabot!
The AI targets Jabot.

A bit later, Phyllis asks Victor if he’s okay with the deal she’s proposed. If he says no, she’ll take it to the highest bidder.
Victor asks if that’s all she wants.
