Adam and Chelsea show up at the ranch. They ask Victor if this is about Noah.

Victor says that Noah’s situation hasn’t changed. Nikki and Victoria are on their way to LA to lend a helping hand. He says this is a different matter.

Adam says this has to be kept quiet. He tells them that he had a visit from Phyllis, and she offered to hand over Cane Ashby’s AI program to him.

Chelsea wonders how Phyllis got her hands on the program.

Victor reminds them Phyllis is an amazing hacker. She offered the program to Victor and he accepted.

Adam and Chelsea are surprised. Why didn’t Phyllis just use the AI herself?

Victor says Phyllis didn’t want to get her hands dirty and wanted Victor to do it instead… And Victor is more than happy to oblige!

Adam asks what their strategy is now… Do they hit Cane the way he planned to hit Newman Enterprises?

Victor shakes his head. Cane’s not a threat anymore, since he doesn’t have his software. Phyllis figured Victor would want to hit Jack Abbott and Jabot Cosmetics! He says he doesn’t actually care about taking down Jabot… He just wants to take down Jack.

Adam wonders what Phyllis will get out of the deal.

Victor says Phyllis will give him the AI under one condition… As soon as Victor takes control of Jabot, he has to hand it over to Phyllis.
