Mitch/Matt walks in and sees the “detective” sitting at the bar who tells him that things didn’t work out the way he’d planned.

Mitch holds his finger to his lips in the universal “silence” gesture.

He asks Mitch what the plan is.

Sienna walks in, and Mitch tells her that “Detective Burrows” is there investigating Noah’s accident. Sienna says that he’s not the only one who’s come around asking questions.

Detective Burrows asks her what she knows about Noah’s night at the bar and how his parents knew he was in LA.

Sienna says Noah was there that night, closed out his tab, and she doesn’t know what happened after that. She says that she called Noah’s phone to get an update, and his father answered.

The detective asks why she called Noah, and Mitch thinks that’s a good question… Why did she call Noah Newman?

Sienna dances around the question.

The detective asks what time she left the club that evening, and Sienna goes on the defensive. “Are you accusing me of having something to do with Noah’s accident?”

The detective says he’s just trying to get to the bottom of things.
