Kyle returns from LA. He tells his parents that he still has unfinished business in LA and wonders why they asked him to come home.

Jack says that Victor got hold of Cane’s AI program, and they expect him to use it against them… They could lose everything! They’ve already started moving data offsite and strengthening their IT department. Cane believes Victor is the guilty party.

Kyle is worried. He wonders how they can stop the AI program before it kills their business.

Jack asks how things went with Claire in LA.

Kyle shrugs. He thought they were on the verge of a breakthrough, but he had to come home and help with Jabot being under attack.

Jack says that he’s set up a meeting with some cyber-security groups to find out what they can do.

Kyle wonders how they’ll explain the heightened security to their department heads.

Jack tells him to let them know that they’re working on a new product. He wonders what Victor’s next move will be… Why hasn’t he used the program against them yet? If Victor wants war, he’ll bring it to him! He leaves the house as Kyle and Diane look after him.

Kyle and Diane discuss Harrison’s new Halloween costume. He’s going to be Long John Silver!

Diane says that Harrison is wearing multiple costumes this year. One for trick-or-treating, and one for school. She says that Harrison wants Claire involved for Halloween, and she’s sorry that Kyle had to cut his trip short.

Kyle mentions that Noah was in a terrible accident in LA… Nick and Sharon flew out to be with him!

Diane figures Noah’s parents must be out of their mind with worry. She’s surprised that Jack hasn’t heard about this either.

Kyle says that Claire went to the hospital the moment she heard about Noah. Every time he and Claire get closer, other people keep getting in the way!

Diane asks if he’s talking about Victor using Audra against them.

Kyle says that’s part of it, but Holden is in there, too… Now Holden is showing her around LA. He knows Claire hasn’t been around a person like Holden before; he needs Claire to understand that Holden is bad news! He says he connected with someone in LA who knows Holden and Audra.

Diane tells him not to dig too deep. If Holden is playing Claire, she needs to be the one to see it!

Kyle disagrees. He’ll fight with everything he has!
