Kyle lets his parents know that he’s leaving for LA. He just put Harrison to bed, and promised that he’d be back in a few days.

Diane asks him to have a quick bite with them, and he agrees… As long as he gets to LA before Holden has a chance to get to Claire!

Jack asks if Kyle knows where Claire is staying while she’s there.

Kyle nods. Victoria told him where she is. He made it clear how important it is to get Claire away from Holden. Why does it feel like they don’t think it’s a good idea for him to go?

Diane and Jack know Kyle feels protective, but Claire might find his actions intrusive. They don’t want it to blow up in his face.

Kyle promises he’ll handle things carefully with Claire from now on. He won’t put any pressure on her; he’s learned his lesson, but he won’t let a playboy like Holden wine and dine her!

Diane tells him he shouldn’t feel so jealous, maybe this is what Claire wants.

Jack agrees. Claire might know exactly what she’s gotten herself into, and she might be okay with it! He asks Kyle to go about things in a loving way.

Diane advises him to focus on why he’s going out there, and not to let Holden get under his skin.

Kyle knows it won’t be easy, but he doesn’t care.

Harrison runs downstairs and begs Kyle not to leave. He hugs his dad and says the worst thing happened. He had a bad dream and doesn’t want to be afraid anymore! He says they were driving with his dad and Claire, and they drove the car over the edge… Which was kind of fun, like being on a rollercoaster, until he looked back and saw that Claire was back on the hill, and they kept falling further away from her.

Kyle reassures him that Claire is okay; he’s going to see her and make sure she’s alright!

Harrison is glad he’s going to bring Claire back with him and asks if he can go with his dad.

Harrison is a bit sad, but he’s okay with that. He asks his dad if he’s still moving in with Claire.

Kyle says he loves Claire almost as much as Harrison does, and he wants to spend as much time with her as possible. He gives Harrison a hug and says he’s going to bring Claire home and make everything better again.
