Victor walks into the club and gets a phone call from Nikki. He tells her to keep him informed about Noah’s wellbeing, and to ask Nick what he found out from Sienna. He says Adam and Chelsea will be handing out the candy to trick-or-treaters. He ends the call and approaches Phyllis’s table. He asks Phyllis if the transfer has been completed. Victor Newman stands in the GCAC dining room and talks to Phyllis Summers. CBS Phyllis nods. It’s complete. Now it’s his time to make her a happy woman! She asks how Noah is doing. Victor says Noah is doing as well as he can under the circumstances. Billy enters the dining room and asks what they’re talking about… Are they discussing business? The weather? Must be Halloween they’re talking about! When does Victor have to return to the crypt? Billy Abbott approaches Victor and Phyllis in the dining room. CBS Victor says they are discussing Halloween. He’s looking forward to Katie and Johnny joining Connor at Adam’s house! Michael enters the dining room and says good morning. He’s surprised to see Billy and Phyllis there. He and Victor head off to another table. Michael Baldwin takes Victor to another table. CBS Billy sits down with Phyllis against her protests. He asks Phyllis what she and Victor were talking about. Phyllis tells him to mind his own business, but discloses they were discussing Noah, who was in an accident in LA. Billy’s sorry to hear that. He’ll reach out to Nick and Sharon. He wouldn’t wish this on his worst enemy. Billy Abbott points to Victor as he talks to Phyllis. CBS Phyllis tells him to keep the information about Noah under wraps… Victor doesn’t want anyone else to know. She asks Billy to leave the table now. Billy doesn’t take the hint. He looks at the menu and decides to order some breakfast. Phyllis says she doesn’t need a breakfast companion… Being around a disloyal narcissist like him makes her uneasy. She asks what new gambit he’s fantasizing about now. Phyllis talks to Billy.
