“Christine dazzles in wedding gowns – But Lauren fears Michael is hiding a secret with Victor!”
Christine tries on different dresses while she’s being photographed.
Lauren watches, delighted.
After the photo shoot, they laugh together. Christine isn’t sure which dress she’s going to choose. She never thought she’d get remarried!
Christine grins. Just like Lauren found her soulmate with Michael! Lauren tears up, and Christine asks her what’s wrong… She can talk to her about anything!
Lauren sighs and they sit down on the couch to talk. She says that she feels like Michael is hiding something from her… He got a phone call that he silenced, and then he got a text which seemed to disturb him, which he passed off as being a political solicitation. She thinks it’s Victor trying to lure him back into business with him!
Christine is surprised… What made her think that?
Lauren says Michael told her that he had a job offer, but had turned it down and is going to enjoy his retirement.
Christine wonders if she’s sure it was Victor calling him.
Lauren isn’t sure… Whoever it was made Michael uneasy!
Christine knows Michael wanted to be free of Victor… Isn’t that why he left?
Lauren says she prodded Michael into it, but it wasn’t an easy decision for him.
Christine wonders why Michael would go back to working for Victor if that was the case.
Lauren isn’t sure… She can’t imagine that he’d go crawling back to Victor!
Christine agrees. Michael has too much pride!
Lauren says she knows Victor misses Michael’s friendship… And Michael was Victor’s most loyal employee!
Christine can’t imagine that Michael would have gone back on his promise to Lauren for Victor.
Lauren isn’t sure, but if Victor is trying to lure Michael back to work and Michael is keeping it from her, there’ll be hell to pay! She asks Christine what dress she’s chosen.
Christine isn’t sure… Maybe she’ll choose all three!
Lauren smiles and says she’s happy to see her so happy and in love.
Christine is glad Lauren will be there at her wedding… It’ll be a day to remember!
