Lily tells Amy that her kids won’t talk to Cane, and she’s as furious with him as they are. She can’t forgive him right now. She asks Nate if he could ever forgive Audra for what she’d done.

Nate shrugs. It’d take a lot to convince him!

Audra walks up to their table and asks Nate if they can talk alone.

Nate isn’t sure what they have to talk about. Lily agrees, and tells Nate not to go with her.

Audra says she only wants to talk about the truth.

Amy tells Nate to listen to his heart.

Nate reluctantly agrees, and they leave the table.

Amy can see Lily isn’t happy that Nate left with Audra. What Audra did was wrong, and she never should have played Nate that way. She’s not making excuses for her, but it breaks her heart to see them both in pain.

Lily has no sympathy for Audra. Sally walks by, and Lily asks her why she had Audra try to break Nate’s heart all over again.

Sally doesn’t want to fight; she knows where she’s coming from! Audra made a mistake, and she knows that.

Lily says that people in Audra’s orbit get hurt.

Sally says that Audra is sorry and hopes she can be forgiven. She’s glad that Audra admitted she was wrong and wanted to make things right with Nate.

Amy agrees. People make mistakes and sometimes make hurtful choices, but that doesn’t always define who they are.

Lily thinks that it does define who Audra is.
