Adam and Chelsea enter Adam’s office. Adam is still ranting about Billy. He figures Billy was using Sally and then dumped her. The company would have only been a success because of Sally!

Chelsea says Adam is acting like Sally’s biggest fanboy. They don’t know what happened or that Billy is behind it!

Adam thinks Chelsea is defending Billy.

Chelsea reminds him that they only know that Sally is not with Abbott Communications… They can’t blame Billy when they know that it’s not his fault.

Adam is incensed. She really believes that?

Chelsea won’t argue with him about the quality of Billy’s character, but it’s very possible that Sally just changed her mind!

Adam can’t see it; she was on the verge of running a major media company on her own!

Chelsea shrugs. Maybe Sally wanted to get back into fashion.

Adam says Sally showed up at Society looking like her world had been ripped out from under her. Why does Chelsea always try to find the good in Billy? When will she realize that there isn’t any?
