Michael meets Lauren at the restaurant and takes a sip of the drink she’s bought for him.

Lauren smiles and uncovers his lunch.

Michael says she has a twinkle in her eye… What’s that about?

Lauren laughs and says it’s love. She thinks their evening the other night at the restaurant was lovely, and wants to recreate it… Up until the moment it went wrong.

Michael smiles. He’d like that very much! He says the best thing about fighting with her is making up. He adores her!

Lauren says she adores him. Her phone rings. Maybe it’s the lingerie buyer who found her something special! She grins and leaves the table to take the call.

It’s Nikki, who tells her that she spoke to Victor, and he didn’t confirm anything, but she thinks Lauren’s right… Something is going on between Victor and Michael!

Lauren thanks her and ends the call. She heads back to the table, stone-faced, and says that was “the naked truth” calling… And once again, Michael has lied to her! She tells him to think carefully before he answers her next question… Is he working for Victor again?

Michael says he’s spoken with Victor about infiltrating Cane’s camp, but now Cane has backed out.

Lauren asks if he would be working for Victor if Cane hadn’t backed out.

Michael nods. He would.

Lauren sighs. It just never ends! She grabs her purse and leaves the table, frustrated.
