The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers hint that Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) could be gearing up for a real baby emergency. Daddy Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) may panic over a pregnancy complication, so let’s discuss where this storyline may be headed next.

When Luna kicked off her grand plan, she hoped having a Spencer heir would keep her out of prison.

Luna got a rude awakening when the cops carted her off and ultimately had her thrown in a cell.

Since Luna was still determined to score her freedom, she had her cellmate rough her up and tried to use that as her ticket out.

Luna played the victim and acted like she was in danger, but she was forced to stay put.

However, Luna could have a scary situation coming up.

What if the next phase of this B&B storyline involves a more legitimate medical crisis – one that puts the baby in jeopardy?

There could be some sort of emergency ahead that involves a pregnancy complication.

Luna may be accused of faking it at first, but she could actually end up suffering through some pain and concerns about her unborn child.

If Luna gets rushed to the infirmary or even the hospital, she’ll no doubt beg for her baby’s father.

Will may get updates on some alarming news and rush to Luna’s side.

Of course, Will may once again insist he only cares about the baby, but this could potentially give Luna an opportunity to connect with him a bit.

This could be the first time Luna really starts thinking about this baby as her son or daughter and not just a tool she can use to her advantage.

If Will sees Luna acting a little more maternal, that could soften him somewhat.

Luna might even wind up facing a high-risk pregnancy that convinces Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) to pull strings for her.

Perhaps that could finally be Luna’s ticket to living at the cushy Spencer mansion or at least a facility that isn’t quite so harsh.

Whatever the case, Luna’s best chance at getting what she wants may come through a real medical emergency and not one she fakes.

A baby crisis could be brewing that’ll bond Luna and Will – at least on some level!
