The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) may invade a new storyline and protect a hot couple that’s on the horizon. Now that Steffy is back on-screen, B&B will no doubt find multiple ways to use her.

Steffy has already been sharing lovey-dovey scenes with John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) – and we’ve seen her fierce side thanks to her prison visit to Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada), too.

We can think of an easy one that involves a close friend of Steffy’s – namely Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire).

Daphne has been struggling with her feelings for Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) for quite some time, but now Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) is no longer an obstacle.

There’s nothing standing between Daphne and a future with Carter once his heart heals a little more.

Steffy wasn’t happy about Carter’s role in the Forrester coup drama, but she mostly blamed Hope for leading him astray.

Hope was never a good match for Carter in Steffy’s eyes, but she should be all for the idea of Daphne and Carter living happily ever after.

It’s easy to imagine Steffy playing matchmaker a bit and trying to nudge this romance along.

Carter is tired of waiting on romantic bliss, so Daphne could be just the woman to give him the marriage and family he’s craving so desperately.

Daphne and Carter already have a connection, but Steffy may play Cupid and help guide them somewhat anyway.

Unfortunately, there could be a problem since someone from Daphne’s past seems poised to show up and create chaos according to B&B fall spoilers.

If this mystery person is Daphne’s former flame, that could certainly lead to some trouble in Carter and Daphne’s romance.

Steffy may feel the need to intervene and protect what Daphne’s trying to build with Carter.
