The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Sean Kanan (Deacon Sharpe) recently clapped back on social media and defended B&B against a cancellation push.

Let’s talk about Kanan’s response to a fan who argued that the show should be shut down altogether.

It’s no secret that viewers aren’t always happy with the stories the CBS soap offers or the characters that are featured.

Speaking your mind about the changes you want is one thing, but calling for the show to be canceled is quite another.

After all, there’s no reason those of us who want to watch B&B should miss out! It’s been on the air for decades and has plenty of loyal fans who don’t want it to end anytime soon.

Plus, calling for cancellation is disrespectful to all the employees who work so hard to keep delivering episode after episode.

That’s why Sean Kanan felt the need to speak out about this issue on X (formerly known as Twitter) when one account suggested B&B should be canceled.

“You are certainly entitled to your opinion about the writing and direction of the show,” Kanan noted in his X post.

He added, “However when you call for the show to be cancelled you are calling for hundreds of hard working people who consistently do their best to create the very best show possible to lose their jobs.”

Kanan offered a reminder about those employees having families who rely on them.

It’s important to remember that behind all the fictional action, there are very real people who bring the show to life.

“These are people with families who depend upon them. I’m sure that wasn’t your intention but words matter,” Kanan stated, as he wrapped up his post.

Of course, it didn’t take long for other fans to pipe up in support of Sean Kanan’s words.

There’s always room for improvement on the CBS soap, but many of us would miss B&B if it were gone!
