Sally video calls Jill using Billy’s chat account.

Jill is surprised to see her and wonders what’s going on.

Sally says she’s fallen in love with Billy, and they have a real problem… She’s sure Jill knows about Billy and Abbott Communications.

Jill knows that Billy called off the Abbott Communications launch; she assumes that it’s because Billy couldn’t pull it off.

Sally explains that Billy got derailed because of Cane, and blames it on Jill. His problems are something that only Jill can fix.

Jill wonders why she’s the one who needs to be responsible for fixing things… Billy rejected her, she never rejected him!

Sally says whatever happened between them took Billy off course, and he’s obsessed with getting Chancellor back and proving something to Jill.

Jill asks what Billy did that prompted this call.

Sally says it’s not about what Billy did… It’s what he needs. Chancellor has become an obsession for him. He was willing to throw away his future and possibly ruin his life to get the company back.

Jill is sorry to hear that, but doesn’t know what she can do to help. Victor wouldn’t sell Chancellor back to her, even if she thought it was the right move.

Sally says Billy is floundering without Abbott Communications.

Jill thinks it must be tough on Sally, too; is she regretting leaving Marchetti?

Sally says it’s been tough, but she hasn’t given up on Abbott Communications, but the funding has fallen through.

Jill thinks Sally is looking for a new investor… Is she asking her to fund Abbott Communications? Does Billy know she’s asking Jill for money?

Sally says Billy doesn’t know, but this is about her future. Getting the company off the ground will help Billy, too.

Jill thinks Sally is giving her a way to make a first step to reconcile with Billy.

Sally says she can think of it that way, or as a business proposition. All she needs to do is to say, “Yes!”

Jill appreciates her point, but she can’t agree to it right away. She says she’s coming to Genoa City soon; they can discuss it then! She says that she didn’t understand Billy’s attraction to Sally at first, but she’s starting to figure out what he was attracted to!
