Plus, Jack would no doubt accuse Cane of targeting Billy, so that could add to the conflict that’s already been building.

Cane and Jack’s feud could blow up big time if Billy gets physically injured.

A life-threatening car crash could also help Billy and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) repair their relationship.

It’s easy to imagine some tearful scenes by unconscious Billy’s bedside where Sally begs him to come back to her.

Billy might even wake up a changed man who’s ready to focus on Sally, his family and the things that are truly important!
