The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) dream will come true when Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) becomes Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) enemy and a true Newman team player.

Nikki previously threatened to divorce Victor if he didn’t surrender the AI program and stop this attack on Jabot.

Unfortunately, Victor charmed Nikki into forgetting about her anger, so now she’s backtracking with Jack.

Although Nikki currently still wants to talk Victor out of his nefarious plans, Jack knows her efforts will be pointless.

There’s no speech Nikki could give to change Victor’s mind when it comes to his intense loathing of Jack.

However, it looks like a major twist is on the way in 2026.

Nikki has been trying to keep her friendship with Jack intact up to now, but it may soon become a thing of the past.

Let’s look at an exciting clue that Josh Griffith, Y&R’s head writer and executive producer, offered in an interview with TV Insider.

Griffith spilled a hint about Nikki actually joining Victor’s takedown mission, which will affect both Jack and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters).

“There’s going to be massive, massive fallout for Jack and Diane off of some of Victor and Nikki’s actions to slap Jack down,” Griffith said.

The fact that both Victor AND Nikki are trying to slap Jack down seems like a huge deal!

Nikki normally does everything in her power to mitigate the damage, but it sounds like she’ll turn against Jack and actively try to cause harm.

Of course, that should be Victor’s dream come true! Victor will be beyond thrilled if Nikki finally pledges total Newman loyalty and becomes a team player in his fight against the Abbotts.

In other words, Nikki may side with Victor in the end and consider Jack the enemy as this storyline heats up.
